MOST COMMON DAMAGE (Holes in Soffit & Fascia)

The most common repair work that we deal with is damage from Raccoon and Squirrel that chew threw wood soffits/fascia to gain entry into your home. We can close almost any hole. We use galvanized steel, copper mesh, IPF foam, and sheet metal to seal off the entry points on the structure, animals don’t stand a chance at re-entering your home.

DECK TRENCHING

Any of our customers who have had a dead animal underneath their deck can attest to how valuable of a service a deck trenching can be. Raccoons, skunks, woodchucks, opossums, and even fox can den up underneath your deck and cause sanitation issues as well as odor problems. If one of those animals becomes ill and dies underneath your deck it can smell up your entire home!

Our service technicians can provide your home, deck, or shed with these deck trenching services. We dig a trench around the area and use a hard wire cloth to prevent animals from gaining access to these areas. We dig the trench down to insure that raccoons, skunks, woodchucks, etc. cannot gain access. If an animal should break through one of our trenches we will come out and fix the deck for free as well as waive the initial service fee for removing the animal.

Every deck that we encounter has its own unique style and thus pricing can vary depending on how difficult it is to dig the trench and install the wire. Our technicians have done many styles and types of trenches and no deck is to hard to do for our company to wire off.

VENTS AROUND THE HOME

Common entry points for smaller animals include dyer and stove vents for which we have screening and cover guards available. Some exhaust and dryer vents provide homes for pesky birds and our screening and bird guards will eliminate these nesting areas.

PREVENTATIVE SEALING AND REPAIRS

When we come out on our initial service we will evaluate the home and let the home owners know specifically what areas (if any) of the home our vulnerable to animal activity. If we do locate any problem areas we will either seal them ourselves or give you the right plan to do it yourself.

EXCLUSION WORK

After the animals have been removed from your home, the most important step is making sure that their entry points are sealed, closed, and will not be accessible for future animals. Let Advanced Wildlife Control take care of all your exclusion work.
